Your participation in the SVM meeting showcases your commitment to this important field of medical practice and research, as well as your interest in facilitating the ongoing learning process and exchange of information that takes place at the SVM Annual Meeting.

Benefits and Recognition
All supporters receive:

2. Acknowledgement and link on the SVM Web site and in the SVM Newsletter
3. Acknowledgement in the Annual Meeting Final Program
4. Appropriate on-site signage
5. Acknowledgement in meeting room video presentation with other supporters
6. Additional opportunities for SVM-supported publicity based on your level of support
7. Right to include the SVM logo with the phrase "Proud Supporter of the Society for Vascular Medicine's 19th Annual Scientific Sessions and 4th Annual Board Review Course" on organization materials distributed between February 1 and June 1, 2008.

Platinum Supporter $50,000

Each platinum level supporter receives:

Gold Supporter $35,000
Choose one of the following options:

• Pocket Program Schedule (logo and/or ad on back cover)
• Young Investigator Award Poster Session
• Cases Over Cocktails
• Lunch (Thursday or Saturday)

Each gold level supporter receives:

• One table top exhibit
• Three Annual Meeting registrations and invitations to the President's Dinner and Gala Event
• Second option, after Platinum supporters, to host a satellite symposium at the Annual Meeting
• Pre-registration mailing label list for one-time use
• Final registration mailing label list for one-time use  

• International outreach fund (provides travel support for international attendees)

Each silver level supporter receives:

Bronze Supporter $10,000
Choose one of the following options:

• Refreshment breaks (available on multiple days)
• Pens with logo

Each bronze level supporter receives:

• One table top exhibit
• One Annual Meeting registration and an invitation to the President's Dinner and Gala Event
• Pre-registration mailing label list for one-time use
• Final registration mailing label list for one-time use

General Meeting Support $1,500
Those with an interest in supporting vascular medicine research may provide an unrestricted grant to support the 19th Annual Scientific Sessions and 4th Annual Board Review Course. These contributions cover expenses not tied to a specific event or item at the meeting and are available for a contribution of $1,500 and above. Your contribution will be acknowledged in the final program, on the SVM Web site as well as through appropriate signage at the meeting.

Support Policies

• Support will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Complimentary meeting registration must be used by supporter's employees per Continuing Medical Education regulations.
• Support of events does not include the opportunity to address the audience or introduce the speaker from the podium.
• SVM reserves the right to review and approve supporter's materials before providing mailing labels.
• Organizations are instructed to inform SVM of any meetings or events they are holding to which SVM attendees are invited.
• Affiliated functions may not detract from attendance at official SVM educational sessions and activities. Any affiliated function in which attendees are expected to attend, must be scheduled before or after official meeting hours.
• SVM reserves the right to develop and introduce new support opportunities at any time.

Continuing Education
The SVM 19th Annual Scientific Sessions and 4th Annual Board Review Course is accredited and jointly sponsored by the University of Colorado School of Medicine; all programs are conducted in accordance with ACCME guidelines.

Accreditation Statement
The University of Colorado School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CME Support Requirements
The University of Colorado School of Medicine requires each commercial financial supporter to complete a letter of agreement. Your organization will be referred to as a "Commercial Supporter" and funds received will be referred to as educational grants. SVM will forward the letter of agreement to commercial supporters upon receipt of their completed contracts.
